"My name is Tetyana Bohdanova (Bogdanova) and I am FLEX'01 alumna from Lviv(went to Stickney, SD). This year I have graduated from ICU-Kyiv with a BBA in Management. Shortly before graduation I received and accepted a job offer
from one of the leading Russian election monitoring NGOs - *Regional Civic Organization in Defense of Democratic Rights and Freedoms "GOLOS"*. I have been offered this position due to my experience in working with international election observers during three consecutive ENEMO International Election Observation Missions (www.enemo.eu) to Ukraine in 2004-2006.
So, starting May 2007 I work as a project manager of the "Transparent Elections 2007-2008" project in RCO "GOLOS" Central Office in Moscow. The project includes long-term election monitoring and Election Day mobile
observation during State Duma-2007 and Presidential elections-2008 in the 40 regions of Russian Federation. In addition, as "GOLOS" project manager I have coordinated the participation of Russian observers in the ENEMO
international election observation mission to the recent Parliamentary Elections in Ukraine and represented "GOLOS" during the preparatory meeting with Russian NGOs, which took place in Brussels prior to the 6th round of
EU-Russia Human Rights Consultations."
